Parsley tea benefits
Especially consumed as tea it has a lot of benefits. On of its biggest benefit is the boosting of the body's detoxication. This means that parsley helps the body to flush out toxins by increasing the blood flow to the kidneys. It also acts as a diuretic, so it may help your weight loss attempts.
Another great thing about parsley is the fact that it eases the menstrual pain and helps to bring regularity in  menstrual cycles.

Preparation of parsley tea
The preparation is pretty simply. You simply have to steep two tablespoons fresh herb or one teaspoon dried herb into 1/4 liter (about 8 ounces) in boiling water. You can say that you need for every liter of boiling water about 30g of parsley leaves.
There it should remain for about 10 minutes. After this you can enjoy the strong taste of your tea. Some say that the tea is a bit bitter and that you should sweeten it, but this depends on you.

Where can you buy it?
You can buy fresh parsley from every grocery store. If you just want to buy tea bags, you simply can buy them from Amazon (This is a link to my favorite tea). I prefer to buy them online, but this is your decision again.

Attention
Parsley could have an abortive effect and is therfore not to be taken by pregnant woman!
